DSE halts trading in Usmania Glass, Meghna PET over unusual price surge

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) today (9 July) suspended trading in shares of Usmania Glass Sheet Factory Limited and Meghna PET Industries Limited following an unusual surge in their prices.

The bourse said the suspension would remain in effect for the rest of the trading day as part of its market surveillance measures to curb abnormal trading activity.
